Job description

  • You hold a commercially responsible role within the company’s core commercial team.
  • You represent and convey the company’s vision and values to customers and strengthens the company’s presence in the region.
  • You closely follow market developments and trends in greenhouse construction and climate technology.
  • You maintain regular contact with the agents from your regions:
    • You carry ook weekly structured meetings to evaluate projects, market developments and leads;
    • You monitor agent performance;
    • You offer guidance when needed and support them in achieving their targets and goals;
    • You are responsible for the communication to the agents and lead generators.
  • You actively sell in at least one region as a direct agent to stay closely connected to the market and daily practice:
    • You support/guide/advise customers with their construction and renovation plans.
    • Based on your expertise, you initiate ideas and come up with solutions.
  • During your introduction period, you will acquire the necessary technical knowledge through (online) training courses and on-site meetings. Of course, you will also accompany our sales staff to customers to experience how we work in our industry.
  • You are on site a lot with customers and stakeholders. You participate in various trade fairs for both markets and have regular contact with our head office in Izegem (BE).
  • You use the CRM computer system and make sure it is up-to-date.
  • You report to the Commercial Director. 

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, you ideally bring 

  • Affinity with technology, the retail-world, plant & nature.
  • Communication skills in Dutch, French and German.
  • A Solution-oriented & entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • A service- and customer-oriented attitude.
  • The ability to work independently but also in team.
